Stansted Airport prepared for winter flights launch

Stansted Airport is preparing for the launch of its winter schedule next month, which is to include new winter sun destinations and increased services to ski resorts. It is looking forward to the launch of new flights to Africa, with Serenity Holidays launching services to The Gambia and Cape Verde in December. Connections to Bali, Phuket, Perth and Brisbane from Air Asia X are also likely to be popular this winter.
For winter sports fans, Air Berlin is to begin operating services to Salzburg and Ryanair will be flying to Plovdiv in Bulgaria. Both services offer improved connections from the airport to Europe's ski resorts, with Air Berlin offering free transport of ski equipment on its service to the Austrian city. Ryanair, sadly, will not be following suit !
