Charges against Prestwick Airport antiwar protesters dropped

Charges have been dropped against three peace activists who got into Prestwick Airport a year ago to protest about weapons transportation.
The trio were due to stand trial on October 19, charged with breaching air navigation order by behaving in an abusive manner at the airport. However the Crown Office said last night that no further proceedings will be taken against them following further consideration of the available evidence.
