Prestwick Airport add 90 staff ahead of summer rush

Prestwick Airport has taken on 90 staff in preparation for the busy summer period. The jobs are across all departments and areas at the airport, from customer service and back office roles, to check in and airport security.
Iain Cochrane, the airport's chief executive, said: ‘We've geared up for our peak spring and summer period. Ryanair has a busy summer schedule flying to all its popular sunspots, Wizz has its regular flights to Warsaw and Gdansk, and we also have a large number of charter flights heading off to the sun.’
