Lufthansa increase Newcastle - Dusseldorf flights

Lufthansa is expanding a service between Newcastle Airport and Dusseldorf to offer improved connections to onward flights. The German airline is doubling frequency to two flights on weekdays from November 5. It will also offer daily flights on Saturdays and Sundays.
New flight timings have been designed to provide more and quicker onward connections to a range of destinations not served direct from the North East, including Budapest, Bucharest, Gothenburg, Marseille, Milan, Katowice, Stockholm, Vienna, Warsaw and Zurich.
Return flights from Newcastle to Dusseldorf start at £109 return with business class rates leading in at £679.
