Newcastle Airport offers cheapest car parking

In a survey of 16 English airports Newcastle was revealed as the cheapest for a 24 hour stay, at £15. Robin Hood Airport was second cheapest at £16. This compares with £45 at Heathrow and £41 at London City.
For holidaymakers taking 15 days parking, Humberside, Durham Tees Valley and Robin Hood were the three cheapest – at £80.50, £82 and £87 respectively – in the survey of gate prices by Airport Parking Shop. London City, at £500, and Heathrow at £235.50 to £315, were the most expensive.
