easyJet announce Manchester – Copenhagen flights

easyJet will launch new flights from Manchester Airport to Copenhagen this autumn. It will offer six flights a week, more than doubling its number of services from Manchester to he capital of Denmark.
easyJet has been gradually expanding its presence in Copenhagen over the past year. Since last summer, the carrier has launched new services linking the city to Gatwick and Milan, which joined existing connections to Berlin and Stansted.
Thomas Haagensen, easyJet's regional manager, said: ‘We believe that Manchester will be a successful route which will attract both business and leisure travellers. The percentage of business passengers in particular is generally showing a steady increase and this will be supported by the new route.’
