Fog hits London City Airport flights

Services were disrupted at London City Airport on Friday by fog over east London, with all morning flights grounded. Planes were not able to land at the Docklands airport all morning due to low visibility, with five incoming flights were diverted to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Fourteen incoming flights and 18 take-offs were cancelled and other flights were delayed until later that day. Minor delays continued in to the afternoon.
