New art at Liverpool Airport

The work of five artists and over 100 school children is on display around the terminal building at Liverpool Airport. The airport introduced its Community Arts Project to give local artists the opportunity to exhibit their work to an international audience.
The art on display includes designs by 119 schoolchildren from three Liverpool schools – Gilmour Junior in Garston and St Ambrose Primary and Parklands at Speke. The local artists are Graeme Currie, Debbie Ryan, Barry Worrall, Peter Collins and Laurence Payot.
