easyJet announce Liverpool – Greece flights

Holidaymakers will be able to fly to Greece from Liverpool Airport for the first time next year. easyJet today announced a new connection from the city’s airport to Diagoras Airport on the holiday island of Rhodes.
The new route will bring the number of international travel destinations easyJet offers from Liverpool Airport to 18 for the summer of 2010. Neil Pakey, deputy chief executive of Peel Airports, welcomed the new connection’s announcement. He said: ‘It’s great to have a Greek island destination amongst our portfolio.’
