Cosmos to launch direct flights between Kent and Virginia

Cosmos Holidays and its sister airline Monarch will start direct weekly transatlantic flights between Kent International Airport and Virginia next May. The charter flights will establish the first direct passenger link between Kent and the US.
Starting on May 3, the flights will run over a 26-week period between Kent International Airport and Norfolk Airport, Virginia. Cosmos is producing a dedicated brochure with a tailored range of options including multi-centre, fly-drive, self-drive, escorted tours, packages, flight-only and accommodation-only.
The programme will incorporate attractions and places of interest, including Virginia Beach, Richmond, Williamsburg, the Blue Ridge Mountains, Charlottesville, Washington D.C and Myrtle Beach, theme parks, beaches and historic buildings.
