Kent Airport freight up 32%

Kent International Airport handled 3,729 tonnes of freight during January, an improvement of 32% on January 2007 but 9% down on December’s seasonal peak total of 4,082 tonnes.
All scheduled airlines showed improvements on both the prior year and year-to-date freight volume which, at 25,056 tonnes, is currently 20% ahead of the equivalent period for the prior year.
