BA retains Bigmouthmedia as search agency

British Airways has retained Bigmouthmedia as the airline's online search optimisation agency. The current contract was due to expire at the end of September 2008 and as part of the airline's standard procurement policy, a re-pitch was launched at the beginning of August.
The agency will work alongside the airline's in house digital marketing team to help manage and deliver paid and organic search results. It will also be responsible for developing strategy and executing paid search campaigns in the UK market.
