American Airlines Heathrow team win award

The American Airlines team at Heathrow have received an award for providing the best customer service across the airline. The Terminal 3-based team received the company-wide Customer Cup, presented to the station which makes the greatest year on year improvement in passenger satisfaction surveys.
Michael Riley, AA's General Manager at Heathrow, said: ‘We have been working more than ever to improve the customer experience at Heathrow and it is great to see this reflected in our customers' feedback, as well as to be recognised through this prestigious award. My thanks to everyone who has played a part in helping to make that happen; including both the American Airlines team and also external partners which have been similarly crucial to driving our success’.
