BA and Virgin top for customer satisfaction

British Airways and Virgin Atlantic have taken the top honours in an airline customer satisfaction poll. BA was voted the most efficient airline and the airline with the friendliest staff, whilst Virgin Atlantic was voted best for airline food and for having the most attractive airline staff in a poll conducted by Jetcost.co.uk.
The best value-for-money airline was easyJet, who beat rival Ryanair into second place, while Thomson Airways took the most-comfortable airline award.
