21.09.08
After BAA put up the for sale sign at Gatwick Airport last week, offers are reported to have begun flooding in from infrastructure and asset management firms.
RREEF, an arm of Deutsche Bank, and one of the largest real estate and infrastructure managers in the world is considering a bid for the airport, according to reports. Singapore's Changi Airports (CAI) has also reported to have said that it will bid for Gatwick. Virgin Atlantic has expressed its interest, as has Manchester Airports Group and Peel Airports.
