Monarch passengers up 8.6%

Monarch carried 495,566 passengers on its scheduled services in August, an 8.61% increase compared to the same month last year. Its load factor - a measure of how full its planes were - was up 2.62 percentage points to 86.08%.
Overall, for both scheduled and charter services, Monarch carried a total of 896,511 passengers during August.
