Community service for Edinburgh Airport stun gun passenger

A man who was found tryining to bring two stun guns and nine pepper sprays in to the UK via Edinburgh Airport has been ordered to carry out 220 hours of community service. Mark Noble, 25, was returning from Thailand when he was stopped for having excess luggage, Edinburgh Sheriff Court was told yesterday. A search was carried out and the weapons were discovered.
Mr Noble, from Edinburgh, admitted having the stun guns and pepper sprays in his possession on June 14 last year. The court was told that he had three previous convictions relating to weapons and had been ordered to carry out community service.
