bmibaby ranked best in Europe for check-in

East Midlands Airport based airline bmibaby has been named the best in Europe for its check-in procedures in the Airport Service Quality poll. It was ranked Best in Class for waiting times in check-in queues and for its courtesy and helpfulness of check-in staff.
The industry-wide survey also ranked its cabin crews as among the best in the industry for in flight sales. Lee Gainsbury, the airline's ground and cabin services director, said: ‘The results are a great tribute to the airline and the team. To be told by the industry we are the best in the business shows we are getting it right.’
