BA to create 100 jobs at Cardiff Airport

British Airways is planning to recruit more than 100 people at its maintenance base at Cardiff Airport. The recruitment drive at the British Airways Maintenance Centre (BAMC) will take place over the next year.
The announcement was made by Wayne Jenner, the new managing director of BAMC, Wayne Jenner, at a meeting with John Smith MP for the Vale of Glamorgan. Following their meeting, Mr Smith said: 'I thank Mr Jenner for briefing me on the latest situation at the maintenance centre. I was extremely pleased to hear of BAMC's plans to recruit an extra 100 people at the site.
