Three new routes from Blackpool Airport

According to a reliable source, there will be 3 new routes starting from Blackpool Airport within next month. These are once daily weekday only flights to Aberdeen and Southampton, plus twice daily weekday only flights to Belfast City Airport.
We have no news on the airline, but the Belfast route in direct competition with low cost airline Jet2, who already operate twice daily from Blackpool to Belfast International using a 737-300 aircraft. Jet2 would have been our first guess at the airline, with Flybe our second choice.
We are told that the destinations and timetable come from a new airport timetable released yesterday, but we are struggling to find any information on this (it is not on the airport's website). The airport has yet to comment on our request for confirmation of the routes and the airline.
