Birmingham Airport gets more high street brands

20.04.11

Birmingham Airport will offer passengers the opportunity to shop at more high street fashion brands when it welcomes Accessorize, JD Sports, Next and Superdry to its departure lounge this summer. The shops, and a new 19,000 square foot walk-through duty free area, will open this month as part of the airport's terminal redevelopment.

Accessorize will open an 800 square foot shop this month, and Next will introduce a 3,000 square foot store at the end of June. Superdry and JD Sports will both open shops in July. A spokesman for the airport said: ‘We are delighted to have attracted such major names to our upgraded terminal.'
