Flybe sign Avis contract

Flybe has awarded Avis a three year contract to be its car rental partner, building on a successful relationship that already spans five years.
Simon Lilley, Flybe’s Director of Marketing, said, ‘Our renewed partnership is proof that we are committed to continuing to invest heavily in our ground product. Our aim is not only to maintain the loyalty of current passengers but also entice increasing numbers of passengers from legacy and low cost competitors.'
‘Together, we will be exploring new ways of marketing to Flybe passengers and building on our already sound customer base: integrating car hire within the flight booking process will be delivered in the coming months, an initiative that will take penetration and ease of booking to new levels.’
