JD Sports open Birmingham Airport store

Just in time for the busy summer holiday season, trainer addicts who want to get their hands on exclusive designs can now get their fix at the new JD Sports store in the departures lounge at Birmingham Airport. As part of the £13 million makeover of the terminal, the footwear and clothing store has opened a branch that will offer its latest lines, plus designs that cannot be found anywhere else.
Brands on offer for passengers at the new airport store include Nike, Adidas, Fred Perry, Converse, McKenzie, Brookhaven, Cabrini, McKenzie Denim and Sergio Tacchini. A spokesman said:
‘Not only is this new store creating new jobs at the airport, it is also giving passenger's access to the 'best of the best' in sports fashion.'
